Partnerships for Wellbeing works closely with communities to discover what issues you have surrounding health and wellbeing. We always listen to what you say and work with you to help make the changes you feel make the real differences.

Communities across the Highlands have already identified several areas for improvement and we are working in partnership with them to effect these changes through the following projects:

Step It Up Highland

Inverness Voluntary Transport Scheme

Affordable  transport to community health facilities such as Doctors, Dentists, Hospitals, Opticians and other Primary Care facilities. Available to patients registered with an Inverness GP. For more information call Fiona MacInnes on 01463 226 662 or email transport@pfw.org.uk

Patient Participation Group Development
