Would you like to get out and about more and meet new people? If you would why not join Step It Up Highland on our health walks. All our walks are led by trained leaders and are checked to make sure that they are safe and not too strenuous. The walks are usually about an hour and a half but we are happy to do shorter walks if you feel that might be too long for you.

The walks take place once a week in many locations across the Highlands and it’s free to take part. Whatever your mobility restrictions or support needs we will try to accommodate you.
